His grace is enough!

No matter what I have or don’t have, His grace is sufficient for me! As I look back at life, I am so grateful to my God for all the miraculous ways he lead me through. My scars are a sign of His grace and faithfulness in my life. I am thankful for these scars because they remind me of how he led me through.

This past week was full of a lot of challenges and I was worried even before the week started. I had to travel alone to North Carolina, I had my final exams scheduled back to back, and I also had to go on a higher medication dose. I wondered how I would get through this week. But God is so good! He took care of every single detail of my week. My nurse had advised me of the adverse effects patients experience when they go on a higher dose. But by His grace, I did not have any major adverse effects. I travelled alone to and from North Carolina without any issues. The next day after I got back from North Carolina, I was alone at home and my vision was not great. I was not sure if I will be able to take the exam. But God in His immense mercy, prepared my friends to take care of me. One friend of mine picked me up from home, sat with me and studied with me because I was not well enough to read on my own. I was able to take the exam without any issues. God held my hand and walked me through the entire week.

It’s been more than 6 weeks since I started having blurred vision in one eye. I have gone through a lot in the past few weeks. There is a lot of uncertainty about the future. But I know that this too shall pass. I leave it all in His hands and wait to see His beautiful plan unfold!

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me- 2 Corinthians 12:9
